No Charge Misuse of Government Funds

RESULTS: Criminal Investigation- No Charges Pursued.

Client was contacted by law enforcement for an interview into potential criminal conduct for misuse of government records.

Criminal Defense Lawyer Jacob Blizzard reached out to the investigator, whom he knew from previous interactions.

Mr. Blizzard struck a deal with the investigator for the Client to tell all and receive immunity in exchange for information on another targeted individual.

The meeting went as agreed, and no charges were pursued against the Client.
