The roommate had alleged client was:
– Following him
– Taking pictures
– Publishing information about him on the Internet
– Pretending to be other individuals online to tell roommate’s friends bad things about him.
Criminal Defense Attorney Jacob Blizzard and our associate attorney conducted a thorough investigation.
The investigation showed that the client had an alibi for times of the supposed following, and that roommate’s friend was the person actually responsible for pretending to be someone else and telling bad things about the roommate.
Presented information to the District Attorney.
District Attorney’s Office dismissed the case.
