RESULTS: Investigating & Mitigating result in a downgraded offense

A client in the armed forces came to us with a legal problem blown out of proportion.

Sometimes a client’s conduct meets the letter (the black & white words) of the law but not the spirit of the law (what the law is designed to accomplish).

Here, our attorney investigated the matter thoroughly by reviewing ALL of the evidence in the airman’s case — not just a police report — and even met with the police department in the crime lab to trace the evidence.

Our associate’s diligent pursuit of details provided enough information to present to the county prosecutor.

As a result, an alternative offense without the harshness of the original charge was agreed upon.

At Blizzard and Zimmerman Attorneys, we care about the details and know that diligence and dedication pay off for the client, which is key for a solid return on the client’s investment in us as their advocate.
