Bond Conditions Case

RESULTS: Agreement With State

Our client was out on bond for a pending sexual offense.

BUT the bond conditions were too strict, in that the conditions prohibited our client from doing normal life activities that had nothing to do with the pending case.

Our firm filed a motion with the state to remove the conditions, contacted the District Attorney’s Office about the issue & pled our case.

We came out with an agreement from the State to DROP the conditions which did not apply to our client.

Blizzard and Zimmerman did this WITHOUT A HEARING.

Our client did not have to take a day off work and lose money, did not have to travel, & did not have to endure MORE inconvenience based on the allegations.
