RESULTS: Client Action Plans Work in First-Degree Drug Felony
Our attorney worked with a client who faced a first-degree felony drug case with intent to deliver, despite having no drug history.
The client received a detailed action plan of items she needed to address in her life to reach the root issues which led to her police involvement.
She worked the action plan.
She was able to obtain a vocational certification while working with our criminal defense attorney on her case.
She obtained employment, successfully completed drug/alcohol/behavioral courses, and showed she could engage life pro-socially.
The client’s action plan progress led to the client receiving a non-convicted (deferred) probationary period with specific conditions to help her reintegrate successfully into society without criminal influence.
